Answer keys
Check your answer key before your students do
Teachers often find a couple of AI-made questions with no correct answer, or with two. Paste the quiz, and a separate AI answers every question without seeing your key.
What it catches
- Keys that point to the wrong option
- Questions where two options are defensible, or none is
- Giveaway distractors: the one much longer option, the joke answer
- Vague wording and double negatives
- Answers your reading doesn't support (when you paste the reading too)
Why a second model, answering blind
Asking the same AI "is this right?" tends to get a yes. A model from a different family answers each question without seeing the key, and the two answers are compared in code. When they disagree, you look.
It isn't infallible, so treat a flag as a second opinion. But it turns proofreading every item into checking a short list.
